computer-based training for new agents as well as on-going training for seasoned

Support Staff: Our office employs more than 10 staff and management team members to assist

Relocation Department: Our full time Relocation Manager helps agents with
follow-up for relocating customers as well as coordinates referrals from numerous
corporate client affiliations. |

Leads Management: Our Customer Service Coordinator tracks prospect calling and
follow-up. She insures that the listing agents receive calls on their listings. |

Property Management Department: This department handles over 400 rental
properties. This generates business for the sales department. |

Closing Coordinators: Our office has two full time persons who help the agents carry
the contracts to closing. |

Emphasis on education: In addition to our in-house training, we also encourage and
provide assistance in obtaining designations in different areas of real estate expertise
such as the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR®'S Institute (GRI),
Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES),
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and the Floyd Wickman
Sweathogs Program. |
